Onion can be divided into several types according to its outer colors.
Red skin onion:
This onion has a purplish red appearance, with slightly reddish fleshy scales, oblate or round, diameter of 8-10cm. It is resistant for storage and transportation, and the dormancy period is short, but the germination is earlier. Yellow leather onion:
The color of this onion is light yellow, and the scales are fleshy and soft. The size is around 6-8cm in diameter. The organization is fine, and the spicy taste is stronger than red onion, and storage lasts longer. The yield is lower than red onion, but the quality is better, and it can be used for dehydration processing.
